Janice and Jessica are very professional! All the residents I met were very cordial. The building was very clean and well kept.I will recommend clients to this complex.

I appreciate the exercise classes, day trips offered and the many opportunities to socialize...or you don't have to. I appreciate the good maintainence work and efforts the staff are putting out to make this a pleasant place to live.

We do enjoy living here at larkspur. Everything is so close and convenient. The amenities keep us busy and it is easy to Make new connections which can turn into good friends. There is always something going on somewhere and everyone is welcoming as we are all in the same boat together.

Claudia

The staff is very nice but it seems we need more cleaning staff. The areas where most people congregate is clean but the gym windows need cleaning.

Norma

Move in experience was good! I was made to feel very welcomed! The facility accommodated the movers. I was allowed to park a pod over night. That was very helpful. I was given a welcome basket with beneficial move in supplies which made first night so much easier! Thank you Larkspur!

Theresa

Yesterday was move in day for me and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It may take me awhile to settle in, but I'm really looking forward to being settled in and joining in the activities and getting to know new friends.

I love my apartment but the outside of the building still could use some work. Especially the landscaping. The weeds are taking over. Also need to cover the automatic sprinklers.

I like living here going on 3 years it’s quite not noisy at all have lots of friends and there’s lots to do. Social hour on Thursday’s. Plenty of card games Mexican train and bingo. And if you like to puzzle there’s room for you.

There needs to be a lift included with the pool please, and accessible shower bars. However, the people have been very helpful and friendly.

I love the staff and activities. I don’t like seeing so many motor carts and walkers in hallway when I come in. My friends think I’m in an assisted living place instead of an ACTIVE 55+ community. I would like to see more active people join the community.
